The NUR management believes that it is important to determine the level of satisfaction of all NUR employees on different aspects affecting their professional life and productivity in the institution.
It is in this line of reason that the NUR senior management through the CIT has initiated the staff satisfaction survey which will definitely contribute to diagnosis the working conditions and, therefore, assist in decision-making. It will also inspire the institution in its endeavor to introduce necessary changes and find out adequate solutions to different issues that deserve improvement.
For that purpose, we require your participation in online staff satisfaction survey (the survey link was sent in your email)
from 14th June to 22nd June 2012.
