The national University of Rwanda wishes to communicate that tender in question is an International Open Tender not a National Open Tender as earlier communicated in the tender notice published in The New Times of August 13th, 2010.Due to this adjustment, the deadline for submission of bids is extended till September 16th, 2010 at exactly 14h00hrs.The opening of bids shall be the same day at 14h00hrs in the rector/’s Board Room.
