Afadhali Diallo , a fourth year student at the National University of Rwanda won the 2nd place in 2012 International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation (IPSF) Essay Competition. The theme of the competition was “Global Pharmacy Career Paths”.
Afadhali Diallo won the 2nd place behind Beatrice Naa Norley Addo from Ghana and Marouen Ben Guebila fromTunisia won the 3rd place.The best 3 winners will be granted a free registration and accommodation to attend the first IPSF African Pharmaceutical Symposium (AFPS)to take place in Algiers, Algeria during the period 21-31 July 2012.
AfPS has also offered free accommodation to the best 3 winners during the period 21-31 July 2012 when winners are to attend the 58th IPSF World Congress in Hurghada, Egypt 1-11 August 2012. These winners will be also awarded certificates of recognition during the closing ceremony of the 58th IPSF World Congress.
IPSF Essay Competition aims at identifying and encouraging potential successful pharmacists at an early stage of their careers to be proative, idealistic and passionate about their thoughts towards Pharmacy profession.
