Afadhali Diallo, a fourth year pharmacy student at the National University of Rwanda (NUR) was elected president of African Pharmacy Students
Association (APSA) on 18th July 2012 during the International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation Symposium in Algers-Algeria. He stood as candidate with a Tanzanian student, Geoffrey Yambayamba to lead the 2012-2013 Term.
Afadhali Diallo replaces the Algerian Redouane Soualmi who led APSA during the 2011-2012 Term.
Afadhali Diallo who is the current president of Rwanda Pharmaceutical Students’ Association discovered his ability on international scene when he won the 2nd place in 2012 International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation (IPSF) Essay Competition which was under the theme “Global Pharmacy Career Paths” 27th June 2012.
