The Seminar is organized around the following 5 specific areas:
- Curriculum development in Applied Statistics at DAS-NUR, Rwanda
- Development of statistical systems in Rwanda – data systems for policy analysis
- Comparative analysis of (1) and (2) across the groups of developing and developed countries
- Role of ICT in the development of data systems and its use in policy analysis
- Role of international community in support of statistical developments in Rwanda and in selected African countries
