TITLE: SUPPLY OF A PICK UP DOUBLE CABIN TO THE SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH

FUNDER: EDULINK PROJECT

1. The National University of Rwanda on behalf of the Project EDULINK in Pharmacy invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the supply of a Pick Up double Cabin to the EDULINK Project.

2. Participation is open to all companies specialised in the field and who are authorised dealers or representatives of manufacturers.

3. Tender Documents may be obtained from the Secretary of the Vice Rector Administration and Finance B.P: 117 Butare - Rwanda, Tel: (252) 530053, on May 2nd, 2011 upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Rwf) to Account N0120.00.46 of Rwanda Revenue Authority at the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) or any other RRA office. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the address mentioned above 14 days prior to the deadline for the submission of their bids.

4. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Five Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs (500,000Rwf) or its equivalent in any convertible currency issued by a reputable bank or a registered insurance company.

5. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of Secretary of the Vice Rector Administration and Finance at the address mentioned above not later than June 2nd, 2011 at 14h00 prompt local time. Late and poorly prepared bids will be rejected.

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the School of Public Health at the above mentioned address on June 2nd, 2011 at 14h30 prompt local time in the conference room.

7. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title. Done at Huye, on April 26th, 2011.
